Mexican Buffet includes:

• Fajitas de Pollo – Boneless breast of chicken, grilled with tomatoes, onions and slices of mild bell peppers.
• Fajitas de Bistec – Tender pieces of skirt steak, grilled with tomatoes, onions and slices of mild bell peppers.
• Papas Mexicanas – Potatoes grilled with Mexican sausage, onions and tomatoes.
• Frijoles Refritos – Refried beans
• Arroz – Spanish rice
• Salsa & Chips – Our own salsa, fresh made daily
• Jalapenos – Marinated jalapeno peppers and carrots
• Garnishes & Trimmings – Cheese, sour cream and your choice of corn or flour tortillas
• All plastic & paperware – Plastic plates, forks, serving spoons and napkins
